Who we are
VOX AI is operated by TME Digital. This policy covers the VOX AI platform and the booking pages we host for the businesses that use it.
What we collect
When you book an appointment we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service selected and the appointment time. We also keep basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
Your details are used to confirm and manage your appointment, to notify the business you booked with, and to send you booking-related messages by email or WhatsApp. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Booking details are shared with the business you booked with and with the service providers we use to deliver messages and process payments. Each business only ever sees its own bookings.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting the business you booked with or TME Digital.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you at any time. See Data deletion. Automated deletion callbacks are accepted at /api/public/data-deletion.
