The service
VOX AI is operated by TME Digital. We provide the software that businesses use to take bookings, send confirmations and manage their customers.
Bookings
The business you book with is responsible for delivering the service, its pricing, and its cancellation and refund rules. TME Digital provides the booking platform only.
Payments
Where online payment is offered, payments are processed by the business's own payment provider account. Any dispute about a payment should be raised with that business.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to submit false booking details, or to interfere with its operation.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the platform develops.
